For most people, your home will be the largest single investment you will ever make, so making the wrong decision can become a very expensive mistake. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage
For mortgage advice you can choose how we are paid: pay a fee, usually £195 and we will receive commission or you can elect to pay a fee of 0.5% of the loan amount, and we will rebate any commission from the lender.
For Equity Release, our standard fee is £395 and we will receive commission, or you can elect to pay a fee of 0.5% of the loan amount, and we will rebate any commission from the lender.
